Cold Room Panel

Cold room PUR panel is made of light polyurethane as core material, and both side hard color bond, S.S. or aluminum metal. The advantage of polyurethane is good at heat resistance. The outside metal can prevent heat loss due to big temperature difference between inside and outside of room. So it can increase cold room efficiency and make it energy saving.

The thickness of PU sandwich panel we can produce is at 40，50, 75, 100, 120, 150, 200mm

The width of PU sandwich panel is at 960mm as standard, and height is customized from 2 m to 26m

The selection of PU sandwich panel is one very important issue and strict requirements on the temperatures and humidity which is different with other normal warehouse. So we need to focus on the right selection of panel material and insulation strength, then to maintain cold room better.

The protection material have embossed aluminum, S.S., color bond, salinized steel metal and standard floor panel, mostly we use embossed aluminum and S.S..
