Food Stuff Cold Storage

Food cold storage can be widely used in food factory, dairy factory, fruit and vegetable warehouse, egg warehouse, hotel, hotel, supermarket, army and so on. Food cold storage is mainly used for constant temperature storage of dairy products, meat, aquatic seafood, poultry, fruits and vegetables, cold drinks, flowers, green plants, tea and other foods.


Fresh chiller ( positive cold  storage)

The temperature is generally 0-5 ℃. Mainly used for fresh meat, dairy products, fresh eggs, fruits and vegetables. It keeps the food at a lower temperature, and the temperature is not lower than 0 ℃. In this case, the food can be kept fresh as much as possible.


Freezer cold storage (negative cold storage)

The temperature is generally - 10-20 ℃. It is mainly used for the cold storage of food, meat. Part of the food is put into the cold storage irregularly, while another part of the food is taken out of the cold storage irregularly. There is no specific requirement for the cold storage time of the food, and the storage temperature is kept in the range of - 15-18℃.


Blast freezer (Quick freezing storage)

The temperature is generally below - 30 ℃. It is mainly used for quick freezing of food, seafood, such as quick frozen dumplings, quick frozen vegetables, seafood etc. it is required to freeze the food quickly and tenderly within a limited time.
